This is rice Paddy herb.
I ever planted this plant before in a soil pot like other vegetables. It didn't grow up and died.
Then I changed the method. I grew it in water. I used a simple way, get a clean plastic bottle, put water, and put the herb in.
The herb I put in I bought from the market.
The plastic bottle I used was a coffee bottle because it had a cover that had a hole that was easy to store the herb and to protect from mosquito to lay eggs.
After a week, it had flowers. I was very happy so I took a video of it.
This rice Paddy herb is used to cook, especially Cambodian sour soup. It is fragrant and it makes the soup fragrant too.
